Is BellAveGo legit or a scam?
BellAveGo is a real, founder-run business (founder: Peter, direct line (773) 710-9565). It is small and new, so it is built to need as little trust as possible: nothing is charged to look at the open hosts, there is no account and no card on file, you pay once for a single host you pick yourself, and if that host never replies to you we refund it in full. You are risking one payment on one contact, not a subscription.
Are BellAveGo leads exclusive or shared with other cleaners?
Exclusive, and in the strictest sense: each host is sold once. The moment one cleaner takes a host, that host comes off the board and is never sold again. That is the opposite of Angi, HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack, which sell the same homeowner to four or five companies at the same time and leave you to win on price.
Can I see what I am buying before I pay?
Yes, most of it. Before you pay you see the town, state and ZIP, how many bedrooms the rental has, how often it changes over, when the host asked for a cleaner, and whether we hold a phone or an email for them. What is held back until payment is the part you are paying for: the host's name, street address and contact details.
Where do these hosts come from?
They are owners of newly listed short-term rentals, and every one of them replied to us saying they need a cleaner for changeovers. That reply is what puts a host on the board — we do not list anyone who has not answered. Nobody is scraped from a form-fill, bought from a broker, or resold from another lead service.
What does BellAveGo cost, and is there a contract?
$99-$199 for one host, charged once, priced by the size of the property: $99 for a 1-2 bedroom, $149 for 3-4, $199 for 5 or more. No subscription, no monthly minimum, no contract, no cancellation fee, and no card kept on file. You can take one host and never come back.
What if the host never gets back to me?
You get your money back in full. That is the one promise attached to a purchase, and it is deliberately about something we can check rather than something we cannot: we refund silence. We do not promise the host will hire you, accept your price, or keep you — that part is your pricing and your service.
Why would a host take a cleaner they have never met?
Because we pay them $25 out of our own pocket after their first clean with you. You do not fund it and you are not asked to discount your rate to get in the door, so you arrive as something the host already agreed to try.
Why doesn't BellAveGo have many reviews yet?
Because it is new and bootstrapped. Rather than ask you to believe a testimonial we cannot show you, the terms carry the risk: look for free, pay once, get refunded if the host never answers, and talk to the founder on a real phone number. The proof is the host, not a star rating.
