Question 1

Who are BellAveGo rental cleaning leads?

Accepted Answer

Owners of brand-new short-term rentals who told us in writing that they need a turnover cleaner. We ask every new host one question — do you have a cleaner lined up for changeovers — and the ones who say no are what you see on the board.

Question 2

Are the leads exclusive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each host is sold once, to the first cleaner who claims them. Leads are never resold or shared like HomeAdvisor, Angi, or Thumbtack.

Question 3

How much does BellAveGo cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing to join the list. You pay only when you take a host: $59.99 for 1-2 bedrooms, $74.99 for 3-4, $94.99 for 5+. That host is sent to you and to nobody else, and you are only charged once they reply to you. No subscription and no card to sit on the list.

Question 4

How is this better than buying leads from Angi or Thumbtack?

Accepted Answer

Shared-lead marketplaces sell the same homeowner to four or five companies, so the job goes to whoever discounts hardest. A BellAveGo host is sold once. You pay for one host, you are the only cleaner given their name, phone and address, and you are only charged once they reply to you.

Question 5

Have these hosts actually asked for a cleaner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every host on the board replied to say they need a turnover cleaner — that reply is what puts them on the board. They have not shopped it to four companies, so you are the first call rather than the fourth, and because a rental has to be cleaned after every stay the work is recurring rather than one job.

Exclusive rental leads — hosts who need a full-time cleaner right now.

Sold to one cleaner only. That host goes to nobody else.
