Common questions
How do I get free house cleaning leads?
Browsing is free and needs no card: pick your city and you see every rental host currently open there, with the town, ZIP, bedroom count and the day they change over. The host's name, address and contact details cost $59.99-$94.99, charged once, and that host is then sold to nobody else.
Are these leads exclusive or shared?
Exclusive. Each host goes to ONE cleaning company and is then removed from the board — never resold to competitors, unlike Angi, HomeAdvisor, or Thumbtack. When a host is taken, they are gone.
Where do the leads come from?
They are owners of newly listed short-term rentals, and each one replied to us saying they need a cleaner for changeovers. That reply is what puts a host on the board — nobody is listed who has not answered. They convert better than shared marketplace form-fills because they asked, and because a rental has to be cleaned after every stay.
How much do the leads cost?
$59.99-$94.99 for one exclusive host, charged once by bedroom count, versus $15–$100+ for a shared marketplace lead that four other cleaners also bought. No subscription, and only charged once the host replies to you.
